Can the apartments be viewed before signing the contract?

Are pets allowed?

Of course, we also welcome four-legged friends! It’s important that your pet does not disturb other UniHouse residents.

Can guests visit? Can they stay overnight?

Yes, you can invite guests, and they can stay overnight. However, you will be responsible for them during their entire stay.

What rental periods are available?

We offer flexible rental options, with short-term rentals starting from 3 days and long-term rentals starting from 90 days, continuing as long as you need.

Can the contract be terminated early?

Yes, you can terminate the rental contract, but you must inform us no less than two months in advance, as specified in the contract terms.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, upon signing a long-term (longer than 90 days) contract, an €800 deposit must be paid.

When will the deposit be refunded?

The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after the contract ends, provided the apartment is returned clean and without any damages.

Can I declare my place of residence at the UniHouse address?

Yes, it’s possible. Please contact the administration, and they will explain how to proceed.

What are the administration’s working hours?

The administration works on weekdays from 12 PM to 9 PM. If you need assistance outside of working hours, you can call the general phone number +37068300800 or contact security or the emergency service.

What furniture and equipment are in the apartments?

All apartments are fully furnished: they include a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and washing machine. For an additional fee, you can rent a kitchenware and textile set.

Is there internet in UniHouse apartments?

There is fast and stable wireless internet access throughout the UniHouse premises.

How is rent paid?

Upon signing a long-term rental contract, an €800 deposit is paid. A rental invoice is issued a few days before moving in or at the beginning of the month (if moving in at the start of the month). Later, rent and utility bills will be sent by email, and you can check your payment history on the self-service platform.

Are there any additional fees?

Residents pay a fixed rental and utility fee as specified in the contract. There are no hidden charges – all costs are clear in advance.

What should I bring when arriving?

Apartments do not include bedding, dishes, or kitchenware. You can bring your own or rent them from us for an additional fee. If you have already signed the contract, contact us, and we will ensure everything is prepared for your arrival.

How is residents’ safety ensured?

The building entrances and common areas are monitored by video cameras, and entry is controlled by an electronic system. There is also 24/7 security on site.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, UniHouse has two parking areas – an underground lot and an inner courtyard lot. Since spaces are limited, we recommend reserving a spot when booking your apartment.
